Rock Solid Youth Program
Ages 11-18
This 8 week long program is for youth ages 11-18 who have been through our Kid's Climbing Program or have some climbing experience. It's a more serious training program for people who want to work on technique and to train to be better climbers.
Sundays 10:30 am - 1pm.
1 instructor for every 6 climbers.
General topics include: Balance and Weight Shifting, Hold Styles, Footwork, Bouldering, Climbing Techniques & Moves, Strength & Flexibility Training, Progress Reports, coaching, coaching & more coaching!

Cost: $200 ($177 + $23 HST). All equipment rentals & applicable taxes included.
Our programs qualify for the Child Fitness Tax Credit!
You can register by phone with a credit card at 613.549.0520, or in person at the gym, or you can download our registration form by clicking here. Space is limited.
