Youth pre-competitive program

Our pre-competitive program is for athletes between the ages of 7-16 who are looking to start exploring climbing more seriously, but are not ready to attend competitions. This option is focused on bridging the gap between our youth recreational programs and the competitive team by training more advanced technique and skills, while still offering a fun and social experience. Climbers should be comfortable on the wall either through our rec programs (or similar at other gyms) or climbing consistently on their own.  Pre-competitive is broken up into two age categories: U13 which consists of climbers aged 7-12 and U17 which is for climbers aged 13-16. 

Pre-Competitive will run twice a week, with the U13 group from 4-5:30pm and the U17 group from 5-7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Athletes must be able to commit to climbing twice a week. Ideally, interested climbers would train in two different semesters throughout the school year. The first semester would be from September-December and semester two would run from January-June. 

The monthly cost for our pre-competitive program is $325, which includes a membership to both our Kingston and Belleville facilities. Payment will be done through EFT, which can be set up here.
