All people entering either gyms require a valid waiver. Minors (17 and under) require a parent or legal guardian to complete the waiver for them. This includes adults supervising children.
​Waivers are valid for both locations. Waivers are valid for 5 years.

Kingston Special Hours:
January 10th - The gym will be open from 9am-3pm then temporarily close from 3-6pm.  The gym will reopen from 6-11pm.
