Regardless of your fitness level, progressing and remaining injury free depends on achieving and maintaining the balance between strength, coordination, & mobility. By training the fundamental movements patterns common to all physical activities, you can make your body more responsive and resilient while reducing injury risk and enhancing performance, regardless of your goals.
I have experience working with older adults with osteoporosis, joint replacements, and auto-immune conditions; youth and adult competitive athletes; leading seminars on appropriate physical play for children, and anything in between. I have helped clients resolve mobility issues, return to sport and activity after injuries, balance the asymmetries brought on by different sports and activities and dramatically increase strength, coordination, balance, and technical skills. The path to better physical health can be simple, but it often isn’t easy. Personal Training is a support system that enhances the clients natural abilities, provides accountability and pushes clients to reach their goals. |
