Youth Competetive Program
The competitive steam is designed for climbers that are looking to be challenged and progress in indoor climbing. It is divided into 3 levels each designed for different levels of climbers with different requirements and number of training days.
Level 3 (ages 10-16)
Level 3 is a program designed for climbers aged 10-16 who want to take their climbing skills to the next level. The program focuses on bridging the gap from the recreational and competitive stream by training more advanced climbing techniques, skills and conditioning. Climbers should be comfortable on the wall either through our rec programs (or similar at other gyms) or climbing consistently on their own.
Climbers can choose to climb either once or twice per week: the once a week option is either Wednesday OR Thursday. The twice a week option is Wednesday or Thursday with the addition of Friday. Please only register your child for Wednesday or Thursday, not both. If you are interested in the additional Friday practice each week please register for Wednesday/Thursday and then email frontdesk@boilerroom.ca (attn Alice) Fridays are an additional $50/month which includes a membership to the gym.
