Shipping
Shipping rates are determined by weight of the package. All orders over $200 will receive free Canada wide shipping.
We are unable to ship outside of Canada at this time.
Free Shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping. Free shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive and a tracking number will be supplied in the shipping confirmation email.
In Store Pickup
All order placed online can be picked up at either location. An email will be sent saying "item is shipped" when your order is ready for pick up at the location you requested.

We do not accept returns on gear that has used beyond trying it on. We understand that sometimes things do not fit or are not quite what you were excepting, in that case we do accept returns at your expense. The following criteria must be met:

Exchanges
Exchanges can be made as long as the items are unused, in original packaging and are returned following our return policy. In order to complete an exchange the original order is returned and a new item is purchased.
Returns
We do not accept returns on gear that has used beyond trying it on. We understand that sometimes things do not fit or are not quite what you were excepting, in that case we do accept returns at your expense. The following criteria must be met:
- Gear can not be used
- Gear must be in originally package, and packaging must be fully intact.
- A copy of the original receipt must be included.
- Shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend paying for shipping insurance and a tracking number to ensure the gear arrives safely.
- Shipping costs are non refundable.
- Gear must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
